Receipts for an expense claim, both sides of an ID, five pages of homework: whoever asked wants one file, not a pile of attachments. Here’s how to combine them.

Step 1: Gather the files

Take your photos in good light, straight on, with the page filling most of the frame. Put any PDFs you’re including in the same place on your phone or computer.

Step 2: Open them together

On the Merge PDF page, tap Choose a file and select everything at once. Photos become pages automatically, turned the right way up. Forgot one? Tap Add files to append it.

Step 3: Fix the order

Use the up and down arrows under each page in the page list (tap Pages on a phone) to reorder them. Rotate any sideways shots with the rotate buttons, and delete duplicates with the trash icon.

Step 4: Save, then check the size

Tap Save PDF. If the file is too big to send, run it through Compress PDF with the Strong setting; photo-based PDFs usually shrink dramatically.

Name it well. Something like 2026-11-expenses-receipts.pdf saves the person on the other end a headache.

Merge PDFs into one file
Pick several PDFs (or photos) at once and they become one document. Reorder pages, drop the ones you don’t need, and save.
