Accessibility Statement
We want everyone to be able to fill out, sign and fix their documents. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
What we do
- Every control works with a keyboard and shows a visible focus outline.
- Buttons, fields and regions are labeled for screen readers, and dialogs are announced.
- Text and controls meet contrast requirements in both light and dark mode, following your device setting.
- Animations stop when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Signatures can be typed instead of drawn.
- OCR adds real text to scanned PDFs, which makes them readable by screen readers.
- Pages work when zoomed to 200% and on small screens.
Known limitations
- Placing items on a PDF page (moving a signature, drawing a box) is easiest with a mouse, finger or pen. Keyboard users can select an item and move it with the arrow keys.
- The content of PDFs you open is only as accessible as the PDF itself.
- Ads come from third parties and may not meet the same standard.
Feedback and help
If something doesn’t work for you, email support@havardsolutions.com with the page, what you were trying to do and any assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within 2 business days and to fix problems or offer another way to get the task done.
