About this tool
The converter reads the text on every page, rebuilds paragraphs and spots headings by their size. The result is a clean, editable document rather than a pixel-perfect copy, which is usually what you want when the goal is to reuse or rewrite the content.
Layouts with columns, text boxes and images aren’t carried over. Scanned PDFs have no text to extract.

Why is my Word file empty?
The PDF is probably a scan (a picture of text). There’s no text inside it to convert.
