About this tool
EditMyDocument reads the presentation directly: slide size, backgrounds, text with its sizes and colors, bullet points, pictures, simple shapes and tables, including the parts that come from the slide layout and theme.
Charts, SmartArt, animations and embedded video aren’t drawn in this version, and fonts are matched to close standard fonts. For those slides, export to PDF from PowerPoint itself.
Questions
Will my fonts look the same?
Close. Fonts are matched to similar standard fonts, so line breaks can differ slightly.
Can I convert .ppt files?
Save older .ppt files as .pptx first.
