Subscription and Refund Policy
Every tool on EditMyDocument.com is currently free, and nothing on the site charges you. This policy describes how paid plans will work if we introduce them, so the rules are clear in advance.
Before you pay
We’ll show the plan, price, billing period, renewal terms, any free-trial terms and how to cancel, clearly and before you confirm. Paid features will never be required to use the free tools that exist today.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the price shown until you cancel. We’ll email a receipt for each charge, and for yearly plans we’ll remind you 15 to 45 days before renewal. If a price changes, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.
Free trials
If a plan includes a free trial, we’ll say when it ends and what you’ll be charged, remind you before it converts where required, and you won’t be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
Cancelling
You can cancel online at any time, from your account page, in as few steps as it took to sign up. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds
- If you’re not happy, email support@havardsolutions.com within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we’ll refund it in full.
- Renewal payments are refundable within 7 days if you didn’t use paid features after the renewal.
- Where the law gives you more (for example EU and UK consumer withdrawal rights), you get more.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Taxes and payments
Prices may include or add sales tax or VAT depending on where you live. Payments will be handled by a PCI-compliant payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
